Group Runs Week of 7-12-09
Tuesday 5:45am Misty's ( 5.5 miles hills )
Thursday 5:45am Misty's ( 5-7 miles )
Friday 6:30am Southlake YMCA ( 8 miles )
Saturday 6:00am Fleet Feet Sports ( 10 miles hills )
Sunday 7:00am Dunes Wilson Shelter 18 miles
We are also trying to get together a 30 mile bike ride on Sunday after the run. Let me know if you would be interested!!
