Just wanted to give a huge CONGRATULATIONS to our team member and friend Cassandra for completing the Ford Iron Man yesterday. What an accomplishment!!! Cass you truely are my idol!!! Cassandra you are an IRON WOMAN!!

    Very nice, Cass. It was fun to track your effort on the web site. Watching the video broadcast is amazing. You looked quite fresh after crossing the finish line. Tecumseh should be a breeze for you.

    Thank you EVERYONE for your support. You all helped me trudge through the miles - while completing the event I tried to dedicate each mile to someone special in my life. Good thing Dirty Red is so big - it helped me burn through almost a lap on the bike! :) Although I did not beat my Madison IM '06 time, I was proud of the accomplishment. I am already trying to figure out which IM to do in '09.
